Start with puting behind our own cultural identiy and embrace an open vision of seing and understanding the world. Riva Ortiz R (2002)
Embrace diversity wil help us to open our mind and to find the common and universal rots of al the people that are interacting. Intercultural dialogue with other cultures makes us to reconsider, rediscover and recover esential components of self culture and values.

Beniamin G. BOŞCAI, Doina DĂNĂIAŢĂ – GUIDELINE THE RECRUITMENT PROCES THROUGH INTERCULTURALITY USINGINFORMATION SYSTEMS

These ofer can increase a student’s motivation and the atractivenes of the university is positve influenced. In this mater the university image and performance wil be improved. The opinion of the questioned students, including those from the University of Aplied Sciences Worms, about the curicular ofer of their universites is in generaly favourable, even though, some students expresed their negative opinion. Students are also satisfied about the teaching quality, although a smal number of students expres a high satisfaction regarding these factors. This means that a ned for improvement of the above mentioned factors exists and should be reviewed acordingly.
Daniela POPESCUL, Mircea GEORGESCU – USING SOCIAL MEDIA IN THE ROMANIAN HERITAGE CONSUMPTION
The cultural asets promoted by projects are not visible enough on Web 2.0. We recommend that the environments of this type shal not be ignored (acording to the newest estimations, Facebok includes over 7,5 milions Romanians!). In Web 2.0, the environment itself may remodel and renew the mesage, making it atractive in form for a certain target audience never adresed before. The suces and progres recipe to improve the relationship with tourists by means of Social Media tols include, we believe, a corect financing (which is posible in 2014-2020 time horizon and should not be mised), a sustained, coherent and steadfast management of inovation, partnerships with other similar agencies and with the public sector. The constant intensification of these parameters may lead to the increase of tangible, intangible, mobile and non-mobile cultural and spiritual heritage values consumption in Romania.

Jamshid G. JALILOV – A ROLE OF MOTIVATIONAL METHODS IN THE MANAGEMENT SISTEM IN INDUSTRY
In my opinion, motivation-the phenomen on extremely dif icult for researches as it is shown in actions and act sof the people not always reflecting the true incentive reasons of behaviour. Busines becomes complicated that it is impos ible to measure motivation of the worker or the consumer. Motives of the person are shown in its behaviour, there for eat motivation research resort to the methods, alowing to estimate the consequences of those or other actions expresed in results of activity, to understand character of the relation of the person to those or other proceses ocur ing in its environment (supervision, sociological interogation) and also to define force and the orientation of its behavior which is a consequence of action both internal, and external motivator.

Entrepreneurship is the best way to explore new ideas and creativity, but it is not easy for everyone to join in, since special skils are required and own values are fundamental to be observed. Creativity is a common feature of the developed societies and here technology is spread at the mas level. Technology and cultural development have strong impact on al the busines systems, even on entrepreneurship. For this reason it’s important to understand beter how inovation can be managed. Viorel ROBU, Anişoara SANDOVICI – UNDERSTANDING STUDENT ENGAGEMENT WITH SCHOOL: A LITERATURE REVIEW

Ioana-Alexandra CHIRIANU, Irina IONESCU – STATUS OF WOMEN IN THE IT BETWEN 2000 – 2014
Aditonaly, one of the most important, and worying, phenomenon in the sector is the so-caled“ leaky pipeline”, defined as women abandoning the sector mid-carer. The leaky pipeline represents a widely revised and mentioned phenomenon in existing literature, both in Europe and the US. It is usualy linked to maternity, as women of al carers (including top managerial positons) continue to abandon their jobs in favours of having a family. Where there is not the case, women chose long pre-natal and post-natal programs, making it even harder for them to come back in the working environment after one-two years breaks. Also, women who adres the IT&C sector strictly on a personal mater tend to be easier targets for tech crimes, and are generaly at a higher risk than their men counterparts. Most tech crimes commited against women count for identiy theft, stalking and bulying, and it is generaly men those who adres the crimes. Women-on-women tech and Internet crimes are quite rare, but they often hapen out of romantic reasons and target a specific individual.

Cornelia VĂCEANU – EVIDENCE ON EMPLOYMENT RATE AND ECONOMIC GROWTH
Globalization and export orientation showed no strong relationship with employment intensity, except for the women for which employment intensity of growth has a higher level.
Okun’s law relevance comes from the fact that it can be involved in the economic strategies. Thus, in case of high rate of GDP growth, policy maker may come to the decision of suspending the creation of the new jobs, so they wil not generate inflation. In Europe, the por employment performance is partly a consequence of insuficient economic growth.
The fear for jobles growth holds no evidence “the idea of jobles growth in Europe is not only misplaced but also turns the facts upside down” (Paqué 198) A posible explanation for various values of employment elasticity acros the countries stands the wage policy and labour market regulations.

Andrea IANCU – THE RESPONSIBILITY TO PROTECT. A JUST WAR THEORY BASED ANALYSIS
This paper analyzed the origination of the responsibilty to protect principle in the just war theory and its intersection with the human security paradigm. It has ben argued that he responsibilty to protect principle is “the symbiosis of rights and responsibilties” (Marks & Coper, 2010, p. 91), being placed at the confluence betwen the human security paradigm and the just war doctrine. The responsibilty to protect principle demonstrates its importance, legitmacy and capacity to be sucesfuly implemented through the fact that it represents the reinterpretation of the just war doctrine and the incorporation of the human security paradigm, which enclose the human rights principle. Furthermore, the responsibilty to protect principle represents, due to its origination in the just war theory, the conceptualization of ethics in international relations and afirms the common responsibilty of the international community to kep international peace and security.

Andrei R. DELEANU – THE ODA DIMENSION OF CHINA: THE CASE OF AFRICA
For Africa, China has provided to be a donor, a market, an investor and builder and while aid was historicaly of major importance the total volum of trade and investment is far greater than those of foreing asistance. So economic relations are clearly commercial instead of aid driven and the private sector has steped up and tok the stage. There is no clear answer to the question if the Chinese aid policy is truly efective or not, but from the study and the data colected we can say that this project based method of aid alocation, in countries were normaly western donors would have hesitate to ofer aid, is more than welcomed. More over the Chinese aproach is a more direct one with visible benefits, in the terms of creating infrastructure, buildings and jobs through direct investments done by SOEs and as a result the general population is able to actualy se the aid.
Anca-Simona HROMEI – THE INFLUENCE OF MERGERS ON THE MEDIUM-TERM FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE OF ROMANIAN COMPANIES
Results on the evolution of the net profit couldn’t provide a reliable conclusion, being a fairly smal diference betwen the numbers of companies for which this indicator has increased in the period under review, from those who have experienced a decrease in net profit as a result of the merger. The only positve impact of the merger on the performance of the acquiring company was registered on net urnover. Therefore, as a general conclusion, the merger operations had rather a negative impact which can be justified by an ineficient planing of the transaction, unrealistic projections made regarding the future busines performance, ineficient post- merger integration activity at the organizational level, or an inadequate resource management.
